Creo que existe un error en el nombre del subforo.
La definición correcta de Linux se útiliza para definir el kernel.
La manera correcta debería ser (GNU/Linux)/Unix.

Yo no me meto, pero creía que Linux era el Kernel y que el nombre del SO era la distribución, ya que no se dice "Yo uso el Linux Ubuntu"

En el comienzo de la fusión del kernel Linux junto a las aplicaciones desarroladas por GNU se formo GNU/Linux y se creo una confusión.
Creían que la fusión se trataba del sistema Linux con las aplicaciones de GNU.
Por lo tanto el nombre correcto es GNU/Linux.
