Problemas sistema de usuarios.

Buenas tardes, tengo un sistema de usuarios en una pagina web PHP, bueno, les comento, todo va bien con el usuario y contraseña, se registra sin problemas etc. Todos mis "problemas" empezaron al tratar de agregar un nuevo campo al registro, el de nombre, bueno, el register lo agrega a la base de datos a la perfeccion pero a la hora de mostrarlo en la parte de el perfil, no lo hace, sin embargo, el usuario y la password en md5 si que la muestra :S. Aqui les dejo todos los codigos de mis archivos php por si alguien es tan hamable y tiene unos minutillos para ayudarme. Muchisimas gracias de antemano.

Sin leer tu códi6o te respondo...

Para mostrar el campo de la tabla primero en tu select tienes que poner el nombre del mismo.. o pon un * para jalar todos. Si los estás mostrando en un array busca el número del campo y hazle un echo  ;)

Ojo: Lee y trata de entender como v a tu códi6o, dudo que al6uien te quiera hacer la tarea...

No te entiendo  muy bien newby, si puedes dime la direccion de la pagina para crearme un usuario y entender qué es lo que quieres hacer. ¿Quieres decir que no te sale el nombre de usuario en el perfil? ¿O que la tabla no te lo devuelve?

La tabla no me devuelve cualquier otro dato que le agrege, el usuario y la password en md5 si me la devuelve pero a la hora de meterle yo e-mail, etc no me la devuelve :s la pag es:

pero si cambiaste el nombre del campo entonces tendrias que cambiarlo en todos los archivos donde lo uses :P

OK, lo tengo!... registre un usuario "admin" con pass "admin" e email... ya no me acuerdo  ;D...

El archivo login.php es el que debe asignar los valores a las variables de sesion... La parte donde tu despliegas el supuesto "email" no sucede por dos razones, esto en el archivo account.php


1. NO se solicita ese campo a la base de datos (no revise si al registrar el usuario inserta ese campo, pero se checa rapido)

2. NUNCA se crea la variable antes de llegar al punto donde la despliegas, aqui esta:

Las variables en negritas es donde das salida a los datos, pero NUNCA se creo la variable que está en rojo...
tan solo haz una busqueda de esa variable $_SESSION[longname] por todo el codigo y solo aparece una vez...
