Aircrack en ubuntu--problema al ejecutar airodump-ng

hola amigos, engo un problema al querer ejecutar airodump-ng en ubuntu, me sale el siguiente mensaje


ioctl(SIOCSIWMODE) failed: Device or resource busy

me podrian decir en que estoy o que me hace falta?

Yo estoy igual tengo el kali-linux en usb-live y mi tarjeta es una tl-wn722n sigo estos pasos
Iwconfig
Airmon-ng start wlan0
Airodump-ng wlan0mon
Y me sale eso en q me eqivoco?
