Si el dispositivo tienen alguna limitación en cuanto a los equipos que se conectan de forma inalámbrica, debería estar especificado en el manual de usuario del router.

1.) Sí, las reglas vienen para el servicio de Asistencia Remota de Windows.



2.) Es poco probable, ya que las reglas pre-definidas en el Firewall de Windows están configuradas para servicios y protocolos propios del sistema.
Si vas a usar otros programas de asistencia remota, tendrás que agregar nuevas reglas, aunque lo más probable es que no haga falta.

Como verás en el ejemplo de abajo, la regla se aplica para WS-Managment (protocolos propietarios de Microsoft):

Te lo vuelvo a repetir: ¿Tienes algún servicio que esté corriendo por el puerto 23 en tu máquina? No.

Haz un telnet al foro por el puerto 80:

O instala un servidor FTP en tu máquina y haz un telnet a tu IP y el puerto 21.

Es normal, no tienes ningún "servidor" telnet en tu PC corriendo en el puerto 23.

Lo único que has hecho, ha sido habilitar el cliente telnet en tu windows. No estoy seguro, pero me parece que por razones de seguridad el "servidor" telnet en Windows Vista y superior lo han quitado.

En Windows XP, vas a Herramientas Administrativas, Servicios, Buscas Telnet y lo activas.

He implementado Sakai y Moodle y no me gustó ninguno de los dos. Moodle es el más extendido, por lo que no tendrás problemas de seguridad u otros bugs.

Tienes que especificar la anchura:

Deberías cerrar el handle después de transmitir datos. Si quieres transmitir otro flujo de datos, lo abres/creas otra vez o usas el anterior.

Lo normal es crear un método que envíe los datos (dentro de ese método, una vez enviado todo, cierras la conexión/handle).
