Hola, no había oído hablar de ese formato de audio así que he buscado un poco y resulta que no es formato de audio propiamente dicho sino una especie de link a un archivo de audio .rm (real media) ???
Te pongo lo que he encontrado por si te sirve (está en ingles):
You can't find a converter because a .ram file is not a audio file. A .ram file is like .M3U files which only contain the information leading to the actual location (local directory or remote/hyperlink) of the audio file; a m3u file points to an .mp3 file, and .ram files point to .ra(RealAudio) or .rm(RealMedia) files. If you open the .ram files in NotePad, you'll see why. . RAM files contain text, thats either a URL to a .ra (RealAudio) or .rm (RealMedia) file, or the location of a .ra or .rm file on a local drive (offline). So you cannot convert a .ram file to wav or mp3 or any audio format. You need the .ra or .rm file that it points to.
However, if you get Total Recorder which records streaming audio to wav , you can then convert to .mp3 .
Or, if the .rm files are on your HDD, use RM Converter
Or, you could try some of these

También he encontrado un programa que dice que convierte ram o mp3, no lo he probado:

Ojalá funcione
