Es la fuente, a mí me pasó lo mismo, cuando no tienen potencia pasa ésto.

Analiza tu PC online en kaspersky, eset y symantec.

Tienes en la PC un peazo de gusano que quita el sentío, a mí me pasó lo mismo.

Solución: como es un gusano yo de tí investigaba sobre el low level format y reinstalaba el sistema.
