error ExecuteNomQuery

Hola a todos, tengo un error en este código que no consigo solucionar, el error esta en Comando.ExecuteNonQuery() me dice:
      No coinciden los tipos de datos en la expresión de criterios.

¿De qué tipo es el campo Fecha en la tabla Stock?
