Yo diria que no es tu "compilador" el que muestra eso, sino la JVM al ejecutar alguna clase de Java. Lo que muestra parece ser un NullPointerException y un NumberFormatException, que son tipicos cuando se trata de acceder a algun objeto null o se trata de inciar un numero con un formato no valido...

En cualquier caso debes revisar tu codigo para identificar en que parte y porque sucede. La JVM incluso te dice donde puede estar el error: EjecutivoBanai.java linea 59... revisa bien tu codigo.

muchas gracias al parecer tuve problemas en mis clases ya me funcionan algunas cosas en mi ventana pero aun no funciona todo, voy a leer esto de null pointer exception y pues verificaré bien mis errores muchas gracias
