AYUDA CON ESCRITORIO REMOTO ATRAVES DE SHELL

PUDE COLOCAR LA SHELL , PERO QUIERO saber COMO ENTRAR AL ESCRITORIO REMOTO DEL SERVER ... EN LA SHELL ME APARECE ESTO :

Apache Linux ( xxxx server xxx) 3.2.15 #5 SMP Thu Apr 19 15:57:29 CDT 2012 x86_64


Y EL SISTEMA OPERATIVO QUE USO ES WINDOWS , estuve BUSCANDO Y PRIMERO TENGO QUE CREAR UN USUARIO , PARA QUE ESE " USUARIO" SSEA EL ROOT NO ?
PERO COMO CREO EL USUARIO SI CUANDO TIRO EL COMANDO , ME SALE QUE NO PUEDOO :S

Intenta usando TELNET! ejemplo : telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yy

donde:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -> es la dirección IP del servidor
yy  es el puerto mediante el cual deseas conectarte normalmente el 23

obviamente el servidor debe tener configurado telnet o sea (un servidor telnet)
y tu equipo o tu terminal debe tener (un servidor cliente)
