Como crear Bloques para php nuke 7.8

Hola saben estoy buscando alquien quien me ayude a como crear bloques para mi nuke y y saben o quiero crear un bloque con cualquiera de estos codigossss ayudenme...

Será porque PHPNuke ya es obsoleto... es el CMS con mas fallas de seguridad que existe, yo te recomendaria que te pases a Joomla o Drupal.

Y por otro lado ayudar es voluntario, no obligatorio, asi que no exijas nada!

osea, aqui la solucion es cambiar de cms? xDDDD

alguien sabria de algun tutorial donde pueda cambiar un diseño de php-nuke a joomla, drupal, php-fusion, e_107 o xoops? o asta para nuke evolution? alguien me puede ayudar porfavor?
